We partnered with CareLink Community Support Services, a nonprofit organization based in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, to design and develop a website that effectively communicates their mission and services. Since 1959, CareLink has been dedicated to assisting adults living with disabilities in acquiring the tools necessary to live healthy and fulfilling lives.

  • Care Management: Individualized support including life skills instruction, advocacy, and coordination of health care services. 

  • Residential Services: Programs like the Crum Lynne Full Care CRR and Torrey House, providing 24-hour support and supervision for individuals with serious mental illnesses. 

  • Education & Employment Support: Assistance in achieving educational goals and securing employment opportunities.

  • Life Skills Training: Development of domestic skills, medication management, and community integration. 

  • Assessment & Forensic Services: Specialized programs for individuals with mental illness and forensic involvement, focusing on treatment and community reintegration. 

• Informational content highlighting CareLink's service areas, including Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania, and Camden County, New Jersey.
